Michael Hadfield is a fourth generation Victorian with thirty years’ experience managing commercial and residential properties. Today he specializes in commercial property management and sales. Michael manages properties in Victoria, Nanaimo, Courtney and Campbell River. He manages a wide range of commercial property types: retail, office, restaurant, and industrial. Joe Bellows has joined the Equitex team to head the rental management portfolio and to actively grow new business. Licensed in Rental Property Management since 2016, Joe enjoys the variety and challenges of the rental management industry. With extensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and ample experience navigating arbitration, Joe has enjoyed establishing a skillful and diligent presence among both owners and working professionals.
